Canada Post Labour Disruption

As of Friday, November 15, 2024, Canada Post is unable to deliver mail due to a strike by the labour union. The Northern Bead Company depends on Canada Post for all its deliveries, as it is the most economical way to send parcels across Canada and to our U.S. customers through their partnership with USPS.

While we are exploring cost-effective alternatives, we are hesitant to transfer additional costs to you, the customer, by opting for a significantly more expensive courier service. In most instances, the shipping costs for our customers would double. Many of you in remote areas who only have a PO Box would still be unable to receive your deliveries.

We hope that the disruption will be brief, and that service will return to normal soon. During this time, we encourage you to continue shopping with us.

Therefore, for the duration of the disruption, we will be providing FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING on any order sent to a Canadian address. All Canadian orders under $150.00 will receive FREE SHIPPING once service is restored. Orders over $150.00 will receive FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING along with a 20% discount! Orders will be processed and prepared for shipping as soon as the service resumes.

For our U.S. customers, we are offering $10.00 shipping on all orders under $150.00. Orders exceeding $150.00 will receive FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING plus a 20% discount! All orders will be processed and ready for shipping when the service resumes.

This promotion is valid only for orders placed from Friday, November 15th, until 8:30 AM Eastern on the day service resumes.
