COVID-19 Update

 

The health and safety of our community, our staff, and our families is paramount during this outbreak.

  We are monitoring the COVID-19 developments and we will continue to do our part to ensure that all precautions are being taken.

We have a small staff and our facilities are not open to the general public. We have instituted additional cleaning procedures to help keep our staff safe. Eventhough all of our staff have been fully vaccinated, we have reduced the number of
staff working in the building at the same time. Due to this policy, we have reduced our shipping days to two
days a week (effective Tuesday January 4th 2022.)
 
Our order processing is currently running 4 to 6 business days. Please plan your orders accordingly.

Due to increased cleaning procedures, incoming stock is being replenished at a slower pace, so you may find a few out of stock items when placing your order.

Every attempt will be made to fill orders completely, as much as possible. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

During this time we are temporarily suspending FedEx and Canada Post Xpress delivery options.  All packages will be sent out via Canada Post Expedited.

Please note that all delivery services are suffering longer than usual ship times.  We use Canada Post for deliveries and they too are taking longer than normal to deliver parcels.  Canada Post has a special COVID-19 update page that can accessed here
